Thank you for the feedback, I hope it helps. It can be a difficult experience buying overseas. Hayley also refunded me twice with no delays which was great as I wanted the older eve with no welded studs.
Based on this evening I only have about two more to remove and the neighbor's house is roughly 100 yards up on the hill and blocks the direct sun after 7:00 I'm hoping he's open to moving it over about 60 ft.
Top balance charger arrived and waiting for my CC to be unblocked for batteries.
Let me show you the busbars I make, I have lots of 1-inch copper still on hand. I'm trying to determine the feasibility of using the rest of the copper with those adapters.
I took me 15 days to breakdown 3 banks redo those and build the 4th, plus upgrading most of the wires,
install the eg4.
Thought I could have done in a week but just to much to complete, 15 days of electricity was $152.67.
Pushing the heat and charging today it appears by days end it will be...
We have almost finished adding the fifth panel to each row; after this, we will have 105 panels.
Then, I will have lots more work as I need to do three more arrays and probably still have issues
in the winter. I'm looking for anyone who loves solar and enjoys long hours of pay-free hard work.
We completely finished 36 500w panels today completely mounted: with additional 24 more to install.
The final total will be 60 500w panels plus 2 additional 120 amp charge controllers.
The goal was to go larger and do 75% charge but will have to wait and see what my final nightly numbers will be.
Since the array would be so big, I sat down and considered how to do this from the underside. It would have been difficult to reach them so far up off the ground, but I hope this helps if you do another array.
After reading through you're comment and speaking with Signature solar, I order the growatt 120amp charge controller that can handle 18 of the panels. I also order the ground mount system today from solaris-shop I went through many websites and found they had great prices and shipping.
Going...
I'm slowly bringing them all in, and so far, perfectly flat with no dents, etc. It's a workout pulling them out of the crate foam.
Busbars are superior, but I still cannot use them.
It's super easy and filterguy even made a nice document on configurations: It's just time consuming if you make your own busbars.

I have dual 4p16s for the hvac, mini split, waterheater, tv room...
The first year I realized I needed to double the panels, doubled them in the spring then added even more the next year. I keep thinking this would be enough but it never is. I have a few more left over to install but waiting till summer to redo a few of the arrays. But I will say the pellet...
That is is a terrible increase in taxes I was frustrated with the $600. The town near us has gone crazy on property taxes. They pay more than almost 3x for the same value.
I have been buying from Onlinemetals for some time; my last order was incorrect. I started to cut some and then realized that it was undersized. I sent them an email and pictures showing the issues, and they resent the shipment. I was very impressed by how quickly they fixed the issue and wanted...
This is my last order for me but I think that the extra will be great. But before summer ends will have some type of forced wood heating ready. Just the couple hours of extra time of sunlight already I'm able to get around 34+kwh into the truck each day.
Here's the pot that melted the range, very odd as it has been in a box for years. It's perfectly uniform in the depression. I'm only asking for $1900 dollars due to it's unique properties to melt ranges and greatly extend cooking times.
I sent them my generic battery questions just to see the response. I asked short version, grade A, new, qr code, no swollen/damaged. All I received was this:
你好,电池在经过出厂前都是达到标准的,电池没有问题,如果你有需要可以下单
Hello, the battery is up to standard before leaving the factory, there is no problem with the...
Worked non stop since the last post to finish cutting and cleaning up the busbars and almost complete.
Out of 3 inch but decided to double up on the smaller bars and see how it performs.
Updated my main thread with pics for the heltec and connecting:

I have a 4p16s which is the same, it sees a 1000w constant load. And on average it use around 19% each night. I started out very low target charge but found it was not sufficient. I now charge to 54.4 or 3.4v and they are doing very well in terms of balance. So at more than 3 times my load I...
SCC's are in and just finished number 7, I'm doing them all with parallel connections. Going to start on #8 and get that done after that hopefully #9 will be the last. I'm still debating on how to add a 3rd inveter to handle charging duties for the car and electric equiptment. I have been...
I submitted the pictures and even extra video and will call today. I spent a few hours trying to all the coms cables but the host error persisted. I will update how it goes.
