Nice looking cabinets for that price especially. I believe your idea for an inexpensive battery enclosure is my answer also. I've been dreading building something. And most metal enclosures are very expensive.

Adding the $350 Autotransformer accomplishes that, onto same 240/120 Circuit Panel. Some people have a misconception them.

It was not any lightening strike. I was attempting a charge on my DIY cells (10 Amps), the max the power supply can put out. I've used it earlier last month for as long as a week @10amps without issue. I'm assuming components on the board got maxxed out to failure (Pop!)

If you are replacing the BMS(s) in BB Husky, read further in the forum on opinions of BMS(s). Most all 48v BMS will communicate with your batteries as long as each sensor lead is connected to each cell.
Many opinions out here, I like the JK BMS units. Others like JBD, or Seplos.

While not using yet any Terminal Block between BMS/Battery, I was considering single middleman units. But also though about another point of connection failure and decided against it.
While not being familiar with Voltacon units, I use Growatt units. It outputs 240vac. I would first isolate the AC output locally at your Voltacon from running downstream. Verify it can produce usable 240ac output locally. Possibly wired directly to your EV Wallbox charger unit, or some other...
