Do not expect a LiFePo4 cell to sit on 3.65V. You will never seen that. They are fully charge sitting on 3.35-3.38V after few hours of been charge. In fact. Do not charge to 3.65V. There is no benefit anything over 3.45V.
Daddy Tanuki,
I appreciate your insights and share your concern for unbiased information. I'm not affiliated with any brand; my observations come from personal use of both Daly and BK BMS products. My main gripe with Daly is its design limitation requiring a specific BMS for each series number...
Here’s a new update with a different configuration. I purchased these 60mm copper standoffs and tested this setup because the 1200W equipment they sell for $400 has a similar configuration inside. I had to see if it would work and, surprisingly, it does — it even runs cooler without costing the...
I just purchased 16 of EVE 105 here in the US for $38 each with a good results after capacity test. I check the QR code and they have production of July last year if i don't recall wrong. Cells looks square no puff. Tested good.
Not sure if is ok sharing seller. I am new here in the forum.
This one was the seller.

Maybe using 2 bus bars stacks? I like the idea of 2 AWG cables. I order 10FT to match my BMS. I have a Daly 250 and also a JK 150 coming tomorrow. I want to test both.
Maybe connecting a small 650VA APC to the Delta Pro so can act faster for the computer and then the Delta Pro will supply the APC. It should work. Just thinking loud.
Charging an electric car + running the house... ufff depending the SOC of the car I guess you will need a minimum of 15KWh per day. I consume in my apartment 34kWh per day in average of course including 2 A/C units and I do not have an electric car to charge. I believe your batteries has been...
I got it. Thank you very much for the information, it completely make sense. Excellent for operation critical situations like medical equipment ect.. Maybe overkill for house, but I like overkill LOLLL is just 1 more BMS and few things but I like the fact you can have total control of the cells.
What I used to do in my bass boat back in the days with 2 lead acid deep cycle batteries was that I had the permanent connection for 24V but at the same time I had wiring for parallel connections with with switches to open and close the circuits for charging.
When I want to use the series...
I am starting with the journey of getting equipment for my future solar grid. For the moment I am just playing with 7S configuration of 21700 but soon i will start with LifePo4. However, I am getting a 7S Smart BMS 250A for a 7S7P setup. I know is very overkill but I am thinking using this in a...
I own already the batteries (16 EVE 105) I am willing to invest about $1,000 for this project. Maybe more if worth it.
I seen EcoFlow has this built in. I even was thinking on buy an Eco Flow Delta 2 Pro.
I have a pack or 8S2P EVE 105Ah cells. I want to connect a nice 4 AWG cables from the battery to the Inverter. Currently I am using 8 AWG wires.
My problem is the screws from that battery are very thin in order to connect a 4 AWG terminal to it.
What options do I have?
@sunshine_eggo "8S2P usually means two 8S batteries (25.6V) in parallel, each with their own BMS."
I am new in the forum. When you say 8S2P each with their own BMS? what do you mean? I have a pack with the exact same configuration but I am using only 1 8S BMS and also 1 8S active balancer. Yes...
Once you have everything connected, Just charge the pack with 5-6V over the actual voltage and this will wake up the BMS with few beeps. Once stop beeping just disconnect the charger or lower the voltage. This will allow you to connect by Bluetooth.
Example. If you pack voltage is 60V rights...
