I purchased a pallet of 30 330w AIONRISE panels from Signature Solar. These panels were advertised as UL Certified via TUV Rheinland. I'm using a 3rd party permitting agency here in California. When I submitted the spec sheet they responded that they couldn't find evidence of the UL certification so I tried to dig it up. Signature Solar has stopped responding to my emails about it. The certification agency responded that they did not in fact certify these particular panels. AIONRISE website appears to be down and they have not responded to any emails. I'm pretty angry and disappointed that I spent $6K on panels I can't actually use here even though they were advertised otherwise and it doesn't appear anyone will take responsibility.
