cable for pbms tool

That might work, give it a try.
I think your going to need an RS485 to USB.
Does the manual list any info for communications?

Can you provide the entire user manual link or attached pdf.
What I could find indicated the battery might also have an RJ12 (phone size) connector as well).
Since you referenced the pbms tool could you provide a screenshot of the software.
SunGoldPower and SOK batteries also use the pbms tool if it is the same one as you referenced.
With the SGP and SOK batteries the cable is an RS232 to USB cable so I just want to make sure in my response

You could find google search box like this- User Manual for Must battery Rack Type LP18-48200

Unfortunately I can't find any details on the pinout of the various jacks. The Battery does look like an SOK or Sungoldpower battery.

I use this cable with my SGP batteries and the SOKTools software I downloaded from the Current Connected website. The cable plugs into the RS232 port on the "Master" battery and allows me to monitor all batteries in the stack
