Q-Dog
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Exactly. There are compact, sedans, trucks, SUV and every other kinds of EV but you can’t find one.

Then you never will.Exactly.
Tesla has driven some of the costs out of their cars with constant manufacturing improvement. I do not know when that will show up on the bottom line.Tesla is generally fine, though it's profit margins must obviously fall with the prices.
Have you talked to them? With Norway as a leading example of EV adoption, makes me laugh at EV's being viable solution in colder environments. It works.
Tesla does not have a demand issue. Pricing yes, but not demand. Hence why I am waiting out the right priced used Model Y.
And those costs are the same for ICE and EVs.
With Norway as a leading example of EV adoption, makes me laugh at EV's being viable solution in colder environments. It works.
Won’t happen. They tried to force the ARB rules on all the heavy equipment , unfortunately there still are tens of thousands who have laughed at the state and their unenforceable rules.Sure you do.
The Government is making it so difficult to make ICE vehicles and incentivizing EVs.
Rules in place in California for the BAN of everything gas.
10 years is not that long.
The sad thing is, all of this is based on the mindset of the perception of what we've done to our planet over the last hundreds of years has to be fixed in just a few years. The reality is, no one knows how much we've hurt our planet, but most people are smart enough to know that it isn't going to die if it takes us 50 more years to treat it ideally. The sense of urgency being driven is false, but people got hooked. That's why this isn't happening at a natural pace.
Many people online in Norway posting about it.Have you talked to them?
Do they have any issues or are you just assuming they don’t?
They didn’t have a choice.
By EV or else.
Exactly…And in CA our grid is constantly having black outs now, we can’t even provide enough electricity for houses let alone the folks who want to drive EV’sHow is this proof they are good cars in the United States?
What happens when you lose power and cannot heat the battery and charge at home?
You then drive down to a local charging station that might have power and do what? Wait 2 hours for the battery to warm up while tying up the charger so you can get up to 50% charge over a period of 4 hours?
One is a toy for Baja California. What EV on today's market is a direct replacement for ANY of the vehicles in this photo?View attachment 205544
Nobody is having issue. Many people online in Norway posting about it.
I know. Just trying to point out the lunacy.Won’t happen. They tried to force the ARB rules on all the heavy equipment , unfortunately there still are tens of thousands who have laughed at the state and their unenforceable rules.
- The new Meyers Manx company is taking orders for an electric Manx (2.0) We shall see if it ever happens. https://meyersmanx.com/products/manx-2-0-ev-depositOne is a toy for Baja California.
No idea what the red one is but plenty of EV coupes for sale.
Ranger is a glorified wheelbarrow.
I’m sure someone will eventually spend the Millions in R&D to produce a wheelbarrow for ya that meets, CAFE, DOT, NHTSA, and all the rest of the government standards for cheap.
Not sure who that’s gonna be considering the inflation we are experiencing.
Or you can buy a regular EV truck now.
I did a VW conversion years ago. It is just four bolts on a motor adaptor and it connects to the transmission with no other support needed. If I had found a Manx without an engine I would have converted that,The new Meyers Manx company is taking orders for an electric Manx (2.0)
I don’t want EVs pushed in place of ICE but here we are.The new Meyers Manx company is taking orders for an electric Manx (2.0) We shall see if it ever happens. The 2 door is a Honda CR-Z Hybrid. Can you give me a link to a 2 door EV? There are no small EV trucks. I don't want/need full size.
There's no pure battery EV trucks in the 3/4 and 1 ton space i.e. f250/350/450Then you never will.
Every configuration of ICE vehicles is made in EV.
Norway is not the rest of the world.
Entire country population less than some US cities.
Sales of vehicles is not an indicator how many vehicles on the road.
Let’s paint Europe with really broad strokes to prove my point.
Right.
what might work for a small percentage of Europe does not work for everyone else no matter how much you want it too.
