I have 2 metres of copper bar measuring 10mm X 25mm. Is that thickness too big to use as busbars on 320ah batteries in parallel?
 
I oversized the busbars for the amps I would pull and had no issues.

Can’t help you. I only measure in freedom units.
At least he did not spell it Metre. Give him that much.

On the bright side with Metric we can take 10mm x 15mm x 1.2 = 300AH.

If the battery BMS is putting out 100AH max, seems about right for me. Could get away with smaller, but run with what you got.

Freedom units? Is that antiquated feet n inches? Never heard that term before. 😜
With your math, what's the 1.2 figure please.
 
I use 600 amp bus bars on a 200ish amp system.
No such thing as too big if it fits in the enclosure.
