I have some DC circuit breakers and when connecting an apropiate wire it feels loose even when tightening the screw.

Is the solution to use ferrules on the wire?

I use ferrule on all my wiring (heating engineer) make life so much easier and knowing that you have good termination safe a lot of hassle and time

I spent a few hours on a job trying to sort out why a new Nest heating control would not work correctly and all it was in the end a neutral wire was not terminated correctly

I believe that breaker has a clamp style terminal. No ferrule is needed.
Ferrules are needed for set screw type terminals. So that you can tighten properly. Without damaging the strands.

Yes it has clamp style terminal. How tight should it be? Should it be impossible to take it apart with the bare hands?

I tightened it the hardest I could but I can take it apart with the bare hands...

Yea sounds too loose
what I do is solder the tips of my wire so when I clamp it down it forms a square/rectangle of the wire basically
I think your wire is in wrong or the wire is too small for the clamp? Those things can seriously clamp down on wire. It'll break the wire trying to pull it out

it's like this pic?

Are you sure that the wire is in the clamping part? And not under it.
Loosen clamp
Insert wire
Tighten clamp
Wiggle wire
Tighten a little more
Wiggle
Tighten
Repeat until secured.

It doesn't need to support the weight of an elephant. But shouldn't pull out.

yea I can even hang it from really tiny wire lol
