I managed to sort this out by making GEN input as AC side solar input. No wiring, just change in the settings and now I can charge from GEN meaning it is coming from existing solar. Does what I want for the time being. Setting is quite fiddly and very non-intutive.

I installed SunSynk replacing AC side ME3000SP, it is all working fine charging and discharging from/to grid but for some reason it can't store excess solar exported from grid-tied inverter. What is the easiest way to achieve it?

If a pack is connected in series (16s) can I use junsi 4010's dual channel to top balance individual cells by both channel? Anyone tried using both channels to charge connected pack?

Thanks for this suggestion, I think it will work better as doing a harness is quite risky as well as the cable resistance will be another issue to deal with. I will give it a go.

Just an update that I ended up paying top money for Junsi 4010 DUO charger, now looking for powerful enough charger to top balance the lot.

Given Seplos 280Ah box takes hours to assemble, I wonder how you guys do the top balance after assembly? Do you dismantle it all and do it all over? I am struggling with this and don't want to open close this box many times, I am sure someone here must have found better way to deal with this...

Exactly the same, show the other side. This one is fitted in the box or else it is same. Yours is 150A version I think.

Same BMS, connection terminals are at the back of the BMS and there are cable outlets which will take 20mm glands to arrange your power cables.

Cells went out of balance wildly upon high current load in past two days. Started charging them and now the graph is looking like this:

This is when I ingested today's cell level data from the BMS and plotted. I have Seplos BMS and they give this data over RS485 bus.
