One cell unbalanced - only when fully charged.

This is typical. Your cells are imbalanced. Voltage only relates to balance when they're nearly fully charged. Even imbalanced cells will show nearly identical voltages in the operating range. What are your balance settings?

JBD BMS: I set the bluetooth password in the Xiaoxiang app and now I can't connect with OverKill app

IIRC, there's a "load defaults" option with BMS tools. did you try that? Have you forced the device to forget the BMS and uninstall the Xiaoxiang app? I've had several instances where trying to swap back and forth between apps was problematic.

    stock BMS wire undersized?

If you look up awg tables, you're going to get the 60, 75 and 90°C ratings for enclosed wire in 30°C ambient. Depending on the reference, 10awg wire won't fuse until > 300A for several seconds. The limit is the insulation and the conditions. "battery" wire or "welding" wire has notably higher...

New PV Panels Making only 72% of Nameplate Rating

How does 11A compare to the Imp value of the panels? Tomorrow, try each string individually, note power, Vmp and Imp.

    stock BMS wire undersized?

The copper in wire can carry absurd amounts of current. It's the temperature rating of the insulation that limits current. Your insulation can't catch fire. One 10awg fine strand 200°C wire is good for 70A.

EG4 48v 280ah indoor wall mount battery, is it wall mount or not?

Based on that wording, it's not a wall mount IF the weight is not supported by the feet.

New PV Panels Making only 72% of Nameplate Rating

Irradiance is only part of the equation. CELL temperatures must be 25°C, and they never are given that the sun is heating them up. When you have 1000W/m^2, expect 8-9% decrease on temperature alone. Even so, I would expect more than 72%. Is your battery charger in absorption phase and...

DEYE 8KW not accepting power from generator

My comments were about general challenges connection single phase 230V to split phase 120/240V. I'd need a sketch or picture to make a guess at the issue. If it's operating at ~50Hz and not 60Hz, I would expect it to be 230V single phase.

    Battery capacity after 2 years

IMHO... When it comes to quality FLA/AGM/GEL batteries, all have a 100% DoD cycle life in the 100s of cycles, AND they're not that fragile. I generally don't do C20 100% DoD, but I will do higher C rates, but my favorite is to test Reserve Capacity (minutes to 10.5V @ 25A - obviously not...

Half Cut solar cells and BusBar count to help with Shading

Half cut is still a "full cell" in that it can provide about 0.5V of voltage. They're about 1/2 the size of a comparable cell in one dimension. Mostly same. The Newpowa claim bifacial, so you MIGHT get a boost from the backside in reflective conditions. Those are just 3x12 or 3x11 panels...

    LFP full charge @ 3.4V/cell

Half Cut solar cells and BusBar count to help with Shading

This video actually shows a decent comparison between a TRUE half-cut (two panels in parallel in one frame) vs. traditional, shading 1 row in portrait orientation. The water fountain isn't the most precise, but it gives you a decent idea. Note that the "half cut" panels you linked will...

Half Cut solar cells and BusBar count to help with Shading

No matter what you buy, you will see drastically reduced performance before 12:00-1:00pm. It might make more sense to aim your panels so they get more favorable exposure mid afternoon, e.g., if your panels get light from 12:00p-6:00p, aligning the panels with the 2-3pm sun position should...

Reliable product to replace Chinese all-in-one inverter

@Oak77 Wanted to elaborate on Tim's answer with some terminology: Grid-tied = grid is required. Unit is interactive with grid. It synchronizes with grid and can draw from/send power to the grid. Most operate without batteries. Off-gird = no grid required. It is a complete system without a...

Battery OVP should be Cell OVP * # of cells - the total battery voltage to engage protection Battery OVPR should be Cell OVPR * # of cells - the total battery voltage to release OVP. Recognise Cell Vol? Huh? Maybe that's the nominal cell voltage, 3.2V?

Half Cut solar cells and BusBar count to help with Shading

You are chasing a unicorn. Shading is DESTRUCTIVE to PV production. Even the best panels suffer greatly. IMHO, you would get better results buying 2X the array of "standard" low cost panels rather than spending a premium on the best shade "tolerant" panels. Options: Remove that which causes...

Where is the "low voltage disconnect" setting in the Deye/Sunsync inverters?

Yes. It doesn't just stop at that voltage. It should hold the voltage while the current tapers off for full charging.

    pump systems

Probably. Your question is analogous to: "I have a car with a battery in it. Can I put a bigger one in it?" 10Wh is an absolutely TINY battery. 20Wh is half as TINY, but TINY too. Do you mean Ah? Are these lead-acid batteries? Assuming the system can use the full 120W of the panel for...

Where is the "low voltage disconnect" setting in the Deye/Sunsync inverters?

Be careful what you read on the internet. That information does not pertain to YOUR batteries, LFP. The clue is 14S. That's 3.6-3.7V Lithium-ion (NCA, NMC, LMO, etc.) chemistry which has a typical operating range of 3.0 to 4.2V/cell, hence the lower cell count than your typical 16S 3.2V LFP...

Dropping voltage EVE LF280K What I have done wrong?

What is the actual load of the mini split? I would estimate 600-700W . Do these events happen more typically a few days after the dryer run? Flat panels generally don't perform well unless it's late spring to summer to early fall, or you're in the tropical zone. Good point... 68W * 1.63kWh...

Where is the "low voltage disconnect" setting in the Deye/Sunsync inverters?

3.0V is around 10%. That's where I'd start. 3.1 would probably work, but 3.3 would make your system unusable.

Dropping voltage EVE LF280K What I have done wrong?

You are showing us cell votlages consistent with a balanced battery when fully charged and when nearly fully discharged you are showing us cell voltages indicating the cells are also well matched at the bottom end. A LFP battery at 2.9-3.0V/cell is at a VERY low state of charge, less than 10%...
