No, my Battery is CAN-bus connected to my Victron GX. It overrides the (bulk/absorption/float) settings on my inverter/charger. So i can only set a target voltage and when that is reached, it will continue to deliver that voltage.

But shouldn't the BMS make a notice that it has disconnected then? It never showed higher voltage then 57,35V even when there was current flowing to the battery.

Hi, Is it a physical limitation (degradation) of my cells when they will not charge to more then 57,35V? The BMS (Seplos 10E) is just in a warning state (single cell and total voltage) so it should just limit charging to 10A, but the battery has been sitting on 57.30-35V for over 2 hours now...

My two v3 cases came in pristine condition, no parts missing. The cells however was bloated and swollen. I placed a second order of two more cases (without cells this time). Will recieve them shortly, hope all is ok.

Could you eloborate more on that? Do you mean that when cell- or total voltage is above a setpoint, an alarm is triggered and charging for that pack is limited to10A? I don't understand why coms would help the cells stay balanced otherwise. I have external balancer, not using the balancer on...

Hi, I have been trying to find if the distance (center to center) of the terminals are the some for these two cells. Could fint it in the datasheets from the manufacturer, only H, L and W of the cell. Does any one know? Kind Regards MrSwede

I just built 2 EEL V3 cases with 302Ah 16S. I like the case very much, nothing to complain on. However, make sure you buy extra leads for the active balancing. Don't share PCB with BMS/Balancer. I also whewnt with EEL instead of apexium because of the Battery terminals.

You should be able to use the same smaller hole in the busbar (that connects to the PCB aswell). That is what i intend to do once my cables is delivered.

No, it's just that when that "big" current flows through that "tiny" cable (from PCB to busbar, or perhaps including the PCB) it results in voltage misreading from the BMS. Actual voltage on the terminals for that cell was ok (measured with multimeter). Also the Enerkey app (for managing the...

I know this all ready, a couple of posts up i stated that i had ordered new cable leads for the NEEY balancer and will run them separetly from the PCB/BMS. Even though i managed to top balance the pack with just 1A.

Have a look at the pictures i have attached, BMS/balancer cable is on a separate connection on the busbar, not connected at the terminals. Both BMS and balancer shares PCB and cable to each busbar.

My issue is probably not a connection issue, but that the BMS and balancer are sharing thin cables. So when i discharge (or charge) a cell, the BMS sees a voltage drop (or spike). This was causing the BMS to throw warnings and alarms all over and ultimatly shutting it down. I have torqued the...

Lowering the equ-current to 1A did the trick quite nice. I have however ordered extra cable leads, so i weill be using the full power of the balancer shortly.

I think you will be fine with the 2A version. I'm currently runing my 4A at 1A and seems to be fine atm. I will consider running separate leads from the NEEY to be able to utilize all 4A.

Don't know why EEL put the sticker over the original QR-code. I don't know how to verify the QR-code online. I was first quoted EVE 304Ah 6000 cycles Grade A cells, but on my invoice it says CATL 320Ah.
