“Mobile” 240 volt split phase backup system.

That can be done - will need to be built in modules so that the pieces can be reasonably handled and lifted.
I am planning a battery module with space for six batteries, each battery can be moved by two people and then the battery box will be light enough to handle. The other module will have the two inverters, solar charger.
 
I just received a shipping confirmation for most of my order from china, the Fedex guy is going to hate me, 23 boxes.
