Ac chargers for lithium batteries

So, if I want to charge my LiPO batteries from a wall outlet, can I just buy an amazon car charger like

then plug in and charge? Also, it’s a 4a charger so should I assume it puts 4a/hr into the battery so a 100ah battery would take 24 hours to fully charge?

I got one to these for when I'm in a hurry or not getting enough sun and need to run off generator to charge. It's a 60 amp charger. They also make a smaller ones. Charges my Valence battery (LiFePO4, 137AH) in about 2.5 hours. They make models for LiFePO4 and SLA, so make sure the model you're getting is for the chemistry you have. It doesn't come with cables, so you need to make your own, or buy some.

I bought this one, very similar and also rated for 4 amps. It provides a steady charge and is suited for LiFePo4. I plan to keep it in my camper, just in case.
