Are these new solar panels bad?

I have bought Eco worthy solar panels from Amazon. I do understand you get what you pay for. I was just curious if I should ship these ones back or not worry about it. The first thing I did learn about solar was to try the best I could to inspect, the solar panels.

And some of the pictures of the solar panel cells have what looks to be solder splatter on some of the cells. One panel has around 10 small solder splatter spots.

And yet another panel I guess the picture speaks for itself. It looks like there was a track run across the cell like little indentations.

Amazon sells these things they call "solar panel testers". An example:


I believe they work by briefly sweeping through the panel VI curve and reporting what they find. There is no way they absorb the full panel voltages. You put the panel in full direct sunlight, hook up the tester, press the button, and it tells you what the panel can produce. You can certainly compare like panels in same conditions this way, but also get some general feel for the power output the panels can produce.

Might be worth having one to measure panels.
