Breaker for panels

I forgot to install the breaker between my panels and my all-in-one system. Do I just need to install the breaker on the positive leg?

Depends on whether your system is Grounded or not. See this post for a quick explanation and this post for the option I chose (grounded my system so I only need breakers on the POS side of my circuit).
