Hi All, new to the group. Regarding the EF DP reset procedure, I'm confused. Do I need to disconnect my smart extra battery b4 doing the reset? When I reconnect my extra battery, do I do another reset? Also, when I hold power button in for (over 10 sec) the unit never turns back on, I have to turn it on manually, When I do the procedure, all external cables are disconnected (cable to my transfer switches etc) and it is unplugged from Grid.
