EG4 18K shutting off on off on every morning 5,30 am

I have a new EG4 18K newest software 12 and all its running fine until 5,30 am the inverter shutting down on off on off. i hat to turn off the system .After turn on 5min. later its running back to normal. The second day the same problem. I cant find any settings where time are set to 5,30

Any Help please

Yes but the battery are oped out . I am waiting for the cable from signature to upgrade the Software.
I was calling with support and the installed the newest firmware and telling me all it's correct with parameters and settings.
Today same problem around 5.30 am but now I saw error code trip by no ac. If I am turn off for 10 min and turn on all working normal again.

But There is AC coming from grid. At least I have transferswitch installed to Bypass the inverter .

That doesn’t say “Trip by AC”, it says “Trip by NO AC”. You seem to have told it you have batteries but then not connected the batteries, so I’m not surprised it’s confused.
How is your inverter connected to the grid and the house and the PV?

Yes I have batteries and first there was error about the batteries communication since the breaker are off and communication cable disconnected. After obded out no batteries at the settings there where no error code anymore.

Yes I am on grid but I am not Shure If it gos out of spec since it's working 23 hours until 5.30am after turn off every morning for about 10 min inverter gos back to normal working until next day

Looks like when the sun comes up and the panels start producing power, but again if the settings don’t match the physical configuration then I’m not surprised “weird stuff happens”

Your battery needs to be connected and working properly. That will fix that dropout.
Also: MEASURE the AC in at that time and see what the volts are.
If the PoCo drops the power during a switchover or similar and you have no batteries connected and working..."darkness my old friend".
This is assuming daylight and normal PV production has not started that early in the morning.

Best I am turning off the system until I am getting the cable from signature solar to put firmware on batteries. Meanwhile Bypass inverter and going to my old system . But through holiday would be in July.

I ran mine without comms for a long time, until I bought the Powerpro's. That error was never a problem with off grid mode that I always ran.
