It has something to do with when the battery is at 100% and the Solar is producing around less than 500 watts. Always when the PV system is shutting down for the day.

I think you have a setting wrong.
Can you dump a picture or export the PDF of them.
Mine is setup for full off grid mode but can still use the grid as a last resort for overload grid assist or very low battery charging.
