EG4 6000xp App

My mobile app for my EG4 6000xp always requires me to log out and then log back in anytime I return (re-open) the app. Other than that it works great. Just an annoyance. I'm using Android. Does this happen to anyone else? It's always always done this. Not a new issue.

With the latest version of the Android and IOS app, I believe that you can have the Auto Login selected to avoid having to log in upon reopening the app.

I probably did a terrible job describing what's happening. I've always had auto login turned on. The app and the dongle seem to loose connection when the app hasn't been used and I have to manually hit the logout button and then the login button (auto logs in without me having to enter my password) to refresh the connection.
