Error code 03 and. 04

Hello I have a question I think you might can help me with I have 2 12v lipo4 400ah batteries running in series to get 24v lately my in inverter been going in code 03 saying battery disconnected and when I go check it says battery under voltage and code 04 stop discharge and the breaker is triped as well but the battery is showing 26v this has been going on for 2 months.
I'm using aPowmr 24v 3000w Hybrid inverter 80amp mppt built in and 3400w in solar panels I have 2 inverters side by side running my house off of both of them each inver has there on separate set of batteries connected to them both identical the other inverter has no issues all the settings on both inverters are the same setup I can't understand why I keep getting this code and why the batteries keep getting disconnected can you please help me

Do you have a combiner/balancer for the 24->48v function?

Try charging the batteries individually or in parallel to get them fully charged and then out them back in series and see if that works.
