When the sun goes down with Zero solar generator charged, the unit goes dead & I can't charge anything that I connect. I push the light & info buttons to reset & nothing happens. When the sun rises & light hits the panel the Veto lights up (& shows a high charge %, and I am then able to charge items. Perplexing. I can't use at night though the generator has stored power.....whats wrong with my Yeti, & is there is anything thatt I can do, or does it need to be returned. Please advise. Thanks

Two options
1. The battery is defective and won't accept a charge.
Or
2. You're using all produced power during the day, and nothing is left to charge the battery.
