Half cell vs full cell

Any one have real world experience of how the performance is of mono full cell solar panels and mono half cell panels.
Lets assume they have the same capacity.
I got 10 of these 410w full cell panels split in 2 strings of 5 panels on the roof and the load voltage is about 170vdc per string. Occationally it dips to 160v when it's hot without any clouds and about 1500w of production.

Does the heat play that big of a role?
How would the half cell panels perform under these conditions.
Or is it better if i got shingled panels?

AFAIK, Half cell panels are better performing in partial shading conditions.
As for heat, I would think half or full cells would perform the same.

Shading is not a problem, i have no building or tree obstructions. If they perform the same then id rather get the full cell panels then, cheaper
