I bought the ecoflow glacier with River max bundle this prime day…

So…
The river has worked fine, I sorta like it. I don’t like the molded handle, wish it had a folding handle or a central handle…
But that’s not the big issue, the big problem is the glacier just clicks… no cooling function.
And the website doesn’t let me log in to get warranty service on it.
Apparently you need an order number to log in, even though it says log in with email or order number.

I cannot find any order number from any of my emails…
Very odd…

Anybody from ecoflow on here can help me out?

I finally did get ahold of support, but all they did was send me a questionnaire to fill out.
I filled it out 3 days ago, and have not gotten a response.

Ecoflow, where are you…

Still no response from ecoflow

PayPal closed my case when ecoflow responded to them their support would handle it…

All support did was request my sales info and a video of the issue.

No response back after I submitted it.

It has been MONTHS with no functioning cooler…
