Is there any resale value for the Tigo TS4-A-F Rapid Shutdown Modules

The panels I want to buy come with them and I want to replace them with optimizers. They say the value is $30 each. What would someone offer for 22 modules?

I am in New Hampshire but the panels will be delivered to Florida. I'm guessing I'll be ready to ship them in early January, as soon as I can swap them out.
