Luxpower, EG4, and Solark Inverters: A Curious Price & Feature Comparison?

Hey Solar Buffs! ?

I've been peeking into different inverters and noticed something curious about Luxpower, EG4, and Solark inverters. Luxpower and EG4 seem quite similar in features and design - almost like they could be the same product! ?

Has anyone else noticed these similarities?

? Observations:
  • Luxpower: Affordable and seemingly great value.
  • EG4: Looks and feels like Luxpower but pricier. Could it be a rebranded Luxpower?
  • Solark: A well-known entity, but how does it genuinely stack up against the aforementioned in terms of value?
? Looping in Solark for comparison, it'd be fantastic to understand your experiences and observations regarding price, features, and performance against the other two.

? Seeking Insights:
  • Have you used any (or all) of these inverters?
  • Noticed any uncanny similarities or crucial differences?
  • Especially in terms of longevity, support, and real-world performance?

Tesla Powerwall killer?

I'm a solar advocate in New Mexico, help folks DIY. We have a city owned electric anti-solar muni that limits system size to 100%. So around here a lot of SolarEdge/Enphase/AP/Aptos/NEP small systems 3KW-6KW with 100A services. Looking for a smaller UL listed grid-tie/storage hybrid LV (48VDC). I want to AC-couple these systems, legally with application/permitting through muni/AHJ.

I look at all the big, expensive 12KW-15KW (EG4/SolaArk/etc.). Then come across their "off-grids", like LuxPower SNA-NB-US, OEM LXP6000 ($1189 through Greentech/ABC Supply) that don't AC-couple. The 1-800 installers coming in here push Tesla Powerwall retrofits for $13K-$15K).

I want to find a Powerwall killer withan under $1000 price point and be battery agnostic. I see LuxPower does a LXP-ACS-3600, not UL that is designed specifically as retrofit. The EG4 LXP is nice because of the wiring box with DC/AC breakers. Ideas?
