Been running my 4 x 200ah Lifepo4 batteries and 6 200w panels with no problems until today the E09 error code suddenly appeared.
Any ideas how to fix without sending unit for expensive repairs ( and postage!)?

Did you shut down, turn off AC in, disconnect PV, then disconnect batteries and then reboot?

Curious: what big inductive load(s) are you running?

Where did you buy it? Have you contacted them to see if there boards to fix that ? or ?

From the manual, Error E09 is "Bus soft start failed" - not sure what that would mean exactly - as 12volt installs asked, did you try a complete shut down and restart of the unit to see if this resent something and cleared the error?

Bus soft start failed

My understanding is that it’s an on-board device that acts like a limited VFD to keep startup surge from tripping out the inverter
