I put a 12V100Ah LiFePO4 battery and 1500W sine inverter in a box.
The box is for a work-van, I need it for charging batteries for power tools, etc.

BOM
- 12V car plug with usb-c PD 60W
- Battery voltmeter for State of Charge(SoC) estimation. (maybe a coulomb counter would be better?)
- 1500W pure sine inverter.
- 12V100Ah battery with BMS temp. protection
- 200A ANL fuse between battery and inverter
- 50A midi fuse between charge-input and battery
- 50A Anderson plug for charging. (The dc-dc charger from the alternator can deliver 40A. The wall charger is 20A)

What would you do different?

The inverter have a Ø60mm cooling fan. There is a hole in the box where the fan is located.

The battery is from LiTime. They use their own BMS as shown in this teardown. I don't think I'm able to get SoC from it, even though I know the BMS is estimating it.
It is a nice idea, I will keep it in mind if I make another.
