PV Label NEC 690.13(F) WHERE does it go?

We're required to have this Label yet absolutely no "Label Map" addresses or shows this Label

Are you sure this isn't being confused with 690.13(B)?

Our PV plans list it as .13(F). Quite possibly, it's an error THIS is the label (from our plans)

That's similar to a PV DC disconnect label, but those usually also say Photovoltaic System DC Disconnect. Do you have a separate label that says Photovoltaic System DC Disconnect? Maybe those two go together. What year code? 2011?

Do you have a separate PV disconnect, or is the PV going straight into an inverter? If it's the latter, that would make more sense. They used the term "point of interconnection" which fits an inverter better than a DC disconnect.

Edit: I should clarify - I mean the disconnect in/at the inverter vs something at another location.
