The Samlex 2224 Inverter Charger panel has Output Neutral, Output GND, and Output Line; I believe this is where I get AC from this huge inverter. I bought a range box (2G 34 CU adjustable), receptacles (15A grounding duplex outlet), and switch (15A Single Pole Toggle Switch) today at Home Depot. I did not buy wire because I didn't know if it was 15A, 25A, 50A; does anyone know?

Does this connection use Romex wire and if so which capacity? Also, does anyone know how to wire a receptacle and switch? I was thinking of having the switch turn off the receptacles. I would hire someone to do it but the only people working are extorting or cons.

LB3 said in another string, "Yachts and RVs are subject to lots of vibrations so basically no solid core wiring is permitted on either the AC or DC sides of the power system since any cracks or micro fractures will increase resistance and the potential for a fire. Soldering can wick well past the wire termination and turn a stranded wire into a solid one. Only crimps are permitted (I can’t remember if I’ve read about any exceptions but solder is never for a primary wire termination.) Properly formed, a crimp connection is essentially a cold weld."

I guess that nixes Romex wire.

Almost certain my 1999 5th wheel has Romex. I'll find out for sure in a couple weeks as I will be cutting into it.
