Should I redo all my crimps with my new Temco hydraulic crimper?

For those of us that bought the TEMCo TH005 hydraulic crimper, TEMCo is now selling individual dies. I can now add the 10 and 8 gauge dies to my set. They're also selling plus size dies. I assume that an 8+ die would put it somewhere between a 7 and 8, but I can't confirm that from the description of the plus die.

How do you properly size the die to the lug? I also recently got the TH005 with the + dies.

Start bigger and work your way down until you get the proper crimp. You can apply a little lubricant to the dies for better crimps/rust prevention. I clean my Selterm lugs with 91% alcohol before installing heat shrink.

That's pretty much how I did it. I started matching the die size to the lug size. If it didn't give a good crimp, I went down one size. Most of the time, matching the die size to the lug size worked just fine.
