tero 5kw 16s 52.1v battery comms problem

hello new here
and now the question
i have inverter and battery all working and came across a cheap new 5kw second battery same chemistry same 16s 51.2v, and connected via bus bar to first battery,
i now have 200ah of battery. that's great but second battery can and rs485 cable doesn't communicate with 1st battery or inverter and does not have screen.
so would like to connect bms to pc to check cell voltage etc
battery is "Tero te-paw5-d1-05" what program could i use with usb to rs232 or rs485?

pin 3,4 can-H
pin 5,6 can-L

rs485
pin 1,8 rs485-B
pin 2,7 rs485-A
3,4,5,6 gnd

1 gnd
2 rx
3 tx
4 gnd
only 4 connections via rj11

any help with program to check bms and cell voltages etc would be great

tried them first
made a rs232 to usb cable just looking for a program to view battery
