Broke out into a focus group, re-imagined the design then shifted a few paradigms...
New design - now features ribs which clip onto the 20mm bus bars, holding the caps secure in place.
In the old design they just sat on top & could be bumped off etc.
They also allow side access to the bar for extra leads & testing/balancing on an ad-hoc basis
