Where can I buy used / second hand solar panels in Europe? I live in Norway and shipping/delivery costs from USA is too much I think. I've searching on ebay but hasn't seen much.
Any name on solar installers in Denmark, Sweeden, Germany? I'll ask if they have any left over panels from an install or maybe some older stock they want to sell.
