Van 12v Appliances cables

Hi

I am planing the system for my Van. I am checking the cables for the 12v appliances.

I thought to user some H07V-K cables. But in the description it says
"The core cable H07V-K 2.5 mm² black 10 m can be used in dry rooms, switchgears and distributors. No direct flush mounting possible, only in connection with installation pipes and ducts"

I am no planing to run pipes through the Van. What to you think? Is that a good idea? Do you have a better one?

I would run the cable in plastic wire loom.
