You've got a blown trace. That explains the burn mark on the case.

Finally took the time to finish this repair project. Wanptek KPS-100v-10a DC Power Supply.
Kudos to "efficientPV" guy for his extra help troubleshooting long distance. Replaced (3) components Q3/Q6 Power Transistors & Bridge Rectifier. Also repaired the blownout trace.
