Where is the cover?

Am I missing something? The packing is clearly labeled "with cover". But I don't see a cover in there and don't want to open it in case I need to return it. Am I blind?

Definitely no cover in there that I can see so I think a return is in order.

Yyyyup, no cover in there... in retail packaging, the original item will have the cover installed. That listing is sold and shipped by Amazon, so most likely what happened is someone else ordered it, removed the cover (whether deliberately or accidentally) and returned it, and Amazon people have no idea what they're looking at with these products so they looked at it and said "it doesn't appear to be damaged" and so back on the shelf it went.

Haha true, just screw the whole thing down, poke some holes in the sides of the packaging, you're good to go

Sadly, if they don't just ship me a cover or new item, I'll probably do just that.
