To all who offered assistance, thank you. I have decided it's best to go with a chargeverter. After some more searching around and hearing that these small generators are really not great for the all in one inverters. So my order is in, back order I should say. But that solves every problem...

I brought my utility charging current down to 10a but didn't switch to SUB. I will give that a go. 2 or more brains are always better.

That is great news since I just finished putting the turbine up. Not looking for much, just some night time or sun down power with the wind I get here. Thanks again for the response and info.

Loops like I only have an AC input voltage between 65-149 & 95-140. I am set at 65-140. There is a max utility charging current. Default is at 30a

Is that a one per battery setup or can it just be hooked up to the full battery bank?

I have been going back n forth with the settings on the inverter since u seem to have it dialed in can u send me a snap shot of ur settings and how many batteries r u running? Oh and what exactly am I adjusting with the time on the utility charging?

No pics right now but I will add some soon, it was a simple connection, 3 phase leads into the controller, 2 to the battery with fuses and a disconnect on the hot line, oh and the dump resistor. When I turned everything on, I got some voltage but then the turbine started braking. Not from any...

This is why my 1st post was simply asking if there would be a problem with such a setup. Maybe the size of the battery bank acting like a big resistor causing the turbine to brake???.

Hello everyone and Happy New Year to all, as per the title, I have a sungold 48v 6k hybrid inverter, was wondering if anyone can share or just post the correct settings for battery full charge, low voltage disconnect and battery stop discharging voltage. Thanks, greatly appreciated.
