Start a thread about the air to water heat pump, I know several of us would be interested in reading about it. I don't want to derail this thread.
He may not, be but I am, Solo Plus 40 with American Solartechnics 800gal thermal tank. 4 cords seasoned wood does heat and hot water from late Oct thru early April for our 2700sq ft house, when it gets down to highs of single digits she eats wood good but has plenty of heat to keep it 70. Plus I love seeing just steam and no smoke out the chimney.

Yep trying to figure everything out, got to have patience. I have a little while, I hope to have the backup system done by the end of the summer.
I am trying to finish installing a 12/3000 multiplus in my work truck right now but I have a water leak in the rear of the cab I have to sort out fist.
Can certainly relate! Having received other items from Amy can say the wait is well worth it.
