I was going to reuse some old copper pipe and elbows. I figured it's already pre tinned ?

Be sure to use a stainless bolt, and place stainless washers between ring terminals.
For best results, bolt through a plastic insulator; that will hold the connection in place so it isn't waving around.

I just can't stand the look of an unprotected bus bar sandwiched straight to the lug. That's how you get electron migration!
