48V (14S) TARANIS ENERGY PCB KIT

Hello there, the 7 Nissan leaf batteries are fully charged but the display on the Taranis pcb display shows the battery at 0%. I see that when I push and hold the button near the display starts flashing P 25 do I need to program anything to get this module to work?
