Here's how I did a few remote area Idaho off grid systems in the past: all needed equipment mounted and wired, the battery bank in a steel framework , and the whole enchilada designed to be picked and transported via 17 ton boom truck. Minutes after my arrival, we'd have power, this approach was especially beneficial in the remote areas I was working in and saved a whole lot of running around, This particular setup was lowered thru a hatch into a underground bunker, that had a stable and above freezing temp year round, and yes, the hatch dimensions were carefully measured beforehand. The 12 module array was already inplace, after also being trucked in whole, not piece meal, and set on the 8" pipe via boom truck.
All my installs were on a single large diameter steel pipe, up to 38" in diameter for one that was also 50' high with two arrays on it. I stole that idea from the billboard companies, I had noticed years earlier that instead of a forest of small supports for a billboard, I had gradually started seeing highway signs now supported by a single large pole. From an installation POV, this made sense, dig ONE hole, make ONE concrete pour, done.
