Hello i tried the same bms style has will

im kind of new in lifepo4 i have 7.2kwh aliexpress 2.5v to 3.65 is my setting seller told me to put that

my problem is the balancing dont seem to start balancing
heres the setting to start i think the balancing but if i put 2.5 or 3v... it dont seem to start balancing. On the page to see all the cell voltage at balance it say off....

Could you video what the app is displaying when you believe the balance function should be active?

I have a thread going on my BMS search and am looking at these types with the Bluetooth. I came across this video review which also has some tips about the software and it's quirks, as well as links to updated software and such. It may be of some help, I dunno, but worth a peek I think, just in case.

ok i was not at home when i came back i see on my pip hybrid battery is at 29v
but on bms its says... 26.7volt ???

so i tested the cell
bms is right for voltage but how the hell that pip says its at 29v ???
ok so i close my braker from my pannel and voltage from pip came back at 26.7 like on bms... i dont know what to say

my pip charge from 27v to 29v in second and if i turn off braker i return to normal voltage and start charging and return to 29v it jump from 27 to 29

ok now i found 2 pack of battery that goes to 3.65v way too fast has the other resulting pip see 29v the seller say to charge the battery each by one... i said to him those 2 pack the resistance of the batteyr are not good the charge fast and the discharge faster then the other... should i open a dispute to get something?
