So I have combed the internet looking to solve my problem and found a few posts here on the forums but nothing seems to work. My inverter is connected to one EG4-LL 48v battery with a communication cable marked pins 1-2. I have the switches on the battery set to 1,2,3 on and 4,5,6 off (the manual only shows 4 pins but my battery has 6). I have my setting #5 to Li 4 and setting #28 to Sin (single). I still get the error code 19 ! communication failure. The funny thing is I have the same setup on a different part of our property and it works fine. I'm wondering if my communication cable is bad or if there is some dust or something in the ports causing the problem but I wanted to find out if there was something else I might be missing. Any suggestions?
