EG4 Inverter can't change Output frequency to 60Hz

My new EG4 3000W, Setting 8 default is 50Hz. Trying to change to 60Hz but it won't accept, keeps changing back to 50Hz. It has a little wrench next to the setting like it is locked but the manual doesn't say anything about that symbol or how to unlock it. I was able to successfully change other settings with the wrench icon.

Mine did not change until I hooked up the AC input and it was automatic.

Put it in stand-by by flipping the on/off switch on the bottom of the inverter to "off". Then it should allow you to change it.

The inverter should be set to standby mode with its power turned off while being connected to two power sources, such as PV and Battery. This configuration would then permit the adjustment of the frequency.
