Hello for members,
I have 24 EG4-LL batteries everyone of my batteries. I can go into the protocols and select the lux power for RS485 and Can protocol.
One of the batteries will not move down or up to select lux power, or in the Can protocol in the normal screen, I can select the temperature and see Cell voltages using the arrows up and down, but it will not select the lux power or any of the other brand inverters but all of my other batteries do I am at a loss any help would be great. Thanks.

Hello,
I have been working with
Ethan Klein
Technical Support Associate at SS and they have decided to send me a new BMS. Ethan says they feel it is malfunctioning and asked if I could change it. Going to give a shot. Ethan sent me some documentation for the replacement.
We did try updating the battery and some other tests but no.
I will post the outcome once I get the new BMS installed.

Hello all,

I received the BMS and took photos of the removal and install but just sent all to SS Ethan and Chris from SS resolution the new BMS did not fix the issue. I think it’s the LCD screen. Going to call tomorrow morning find out next steps.
I want try a LCD from one of my other batteries to see it that will fix the problem. I need to ask for approval before I do anything.

Hello alll,

Worked with SS they had me take a LCD screen from a working battery and put it back into the one that was not allowing me to change the settings one the battery and it worked.
So I’m now just waiting for them to send me a LCD screen and see if the want me to remove the BMS they sent me and send it back to them.
