I think I F***ed Up

What country are you in? That's for Euro 230V 50Hz, not North American 120/240V 60Hz. Plus, a small all in one will not power your AC, at least not for more than a few minutes. You should call a professional to help design your system.

@Kywood91 With respect, I think you need to take a breath, slow down, collect yourself, and spend a bit of time learning the fundamentals before considering any further purchasing decisions. Its going to get expensive if you keep buying things before you understand how they all should or will fit together.

And the parts you have might well be okay, its not ideal if your inverter doesn't have a lithium profile, but its not 100% a dealbreaker either, many cheap ones don't, I'm pretty sure the one Will frequently recommends doesn't. The main issue is that the low voltage disconnect is too low and there are ways to mitigate this.

I suggest you spend some time learning, and I suggest when you do feel ready to purchase, rather than finding products randomly on amazon, go through a retailer that has a curated inventory and reputable brands, and specializes in solar. Altestore.com and Baymarinesupply.com are two options.

Or as Amy says, you may also want to pay a professional to help design/install your system if its too overwhelming.

In the meantime here are some good learning resources, for you I would particularly recommend Amy's Solar Beginner Playlist as well as going back and watching Will's beginner video playlist, and his videos on building a 12v and 24v system, and maybe his video discussing 12v vs 24v.

The added bonus of going to a solar specialist store is that they will often do the design work for free if you buy from them. And their pricing is usually not more, and sometimes less, than buying on Amazon, where you get zero help.
