I'm looking at picking up this inverter used but working fine condition. I have an MS2812 and it is rock solid. I'm wondering if anyone knows if the RD series was good or not?

Just found out its modified sine wave. Still, I have a water heating application I could use it for...dang....

If its reliable AND and LF, I would still be interested.

Yes, all Magnum RD series are modified. MS series are pure sine. ME series I believ are modified as well.

I have seen RD inverters in use for quite a few years and seem pretty rock solid all-in-all if you have a use for modified sine wave.

Just remember to go easy on the transfer relay, just like with any Magnum inverter.
