Mixing panels with two 16 panel arrays

I've searched the forum and haven't found a discussion on a similar setup as mine. Here's my setup -
2 - MPP LV6548 inverters configured for split phase 240v
16 - 445w Solarever panels configured 4S4P connected to SP1 inverter

I want to add another array and connect to the second inverter. The only thing available is the 455w model. I realize there is a production loss when mixing panel output but if these are on two separate arrays connect to two separate inverters will I still see this loss?

Also, I have some spare 445w panels but I'm thinking I will not order spares for the 455w panels. If one of those dies I'll either replace it with a 445w and take the hit or order a replacement if one is available.

No. Separate chargers.

Those panels are so close I think you'd be hard pressed to measure the loss of mixing them in the same array.
