Dunno much about LI batts, (why am here) buuut if I was putting batts into an automotive scenario, would make sure the batts could handle 16+ volts from the alternator, otherwise just go LA for the truck. Unless you are going full time and staying in the north an LA batt serving the truck will last at least 5 years or $20 bucks a year.

Here is a great site that deals with LFP. I choose the easy button. I left the CG2 bank in the trailer.(They are connected while camping only) This has worked surprisingly well. Here
