I recently acquired for a very good price 18 of these Sungrow / Samsung SDI Mega 2.4 ESS modules. They were supposedly used lightly the last 5 years in a lab on a project but were no longer needed.

Does anybody know where I can get more information on them? Would like to use them for the solar we are adding to the house. The plan would be to run these in parallel as the nominal voltage is already ~60VDC...

It looks good batterys, you ether cutting then for 14 cells for 48 volt inverter or putting them in series for high voltage inverter.

Yep...I will look into one this weekend and see what options we have. Would love to use the factory bms if possible...
